Villa Strtenica nas je popolnoma očarala! Vse je bilo na najvišjem nivoju – brezhibna čistoča, izjemno udobje, čudovita lokacija in izredno prijazni gostitelji, ki poskrbijo za vsak najmanjši detajl. To ni le bivanje, ampak pravo razvajanje in nepozabna izkušnja. Ena najlepših nastanitev, kar smo jih kdaj obiskali – z največjim veseljem se še vrnemo!

We hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het uitzicht is nog mooier dan de foto’s laten zien! Communicatie met Jani ging soepel en snel! Het is echt een pluspunt dat er in elke ruimte airco’s hangen.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Wir waren begeistert. Es war alles notwendige da, es war sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer in wunderschöner Natur ein schönes erholsames Plätzchen sucht, wird es dort finden.

Jani is a great host and the villa is really nice. We enjoyed the amazing view, the wood-burning stove and the bath-tub with whirlpool functionality. The sauna is indoor for two people. The area is beautiful and the view from the kitchen & terrace breathtaking. We have been over the weekend and I can really recommend this place for anyone looking for a great weekend with all ameneties. Thanks Jani

The views are picture perfect, the house is incredible, and Jani is one of the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. We stayed at the house for 3 nights with 3 small kids (2, 3 & 6), and we all had a blast. The amenities and quality of the house is impeccable, Jani was wonderful in letting us know about things to do in the area, and the whole trip was just superb! Definitely will come back, 5 stars!

A great spot to relax in a beautiful villa, immerse in the Slovenian nature. State of the art design with a stunning view! Big plus for the attention to environmental sustainability given by the solar panels. Strongly recommend!

Si buscas paz, este es tu sitio La casa de Jani es simplemente irrepetible. Construida bajo una antigua bodega, la cabaña es una joya en pleno remanso de paz. Perfecta para estancias en familia dispone de sauna y bañera hidromasaje además de una barbacoa en el exterior ideal para disfrutar de la terraza y de las vistas. El horizonte que rodea la casa es maravilloso. Jani fue muy amable con nosotros y nos dio consejos para disfrutar de la zona. Sin duda un lugar de ensueño y muy recomendable.

Ich gebe der Unterkunft 5 Sterne. Alles hat super gepasst, bis auf zwei Kleinigkeiten: - Die Schlafpolster waren leider viel zu groß. - Wir mussten mehrmals Fliegen/Insekten aus dem Pool entfernen. Ansonsten war alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und schön. Der Gastgeber war außerdem super nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! 👍 Čistoča: Schlafpolster waren viel zu groß

Družinski oddih Positive: Čudovita lokacija z prelepim razgledom na podeželje in naravo. Hiška z vsem udobjem, ki ga družina potrebuje za brezskrben oddih. Rogaška, Olimje, Tuhelj, Krapina v radiju 15-45 min. tako da lahko lahko vsak dan uživaš v drugih termah. Super lokacija za raziskovanje okolice. Tudi naš kuža Riki je užival na velikem travniku preh hiško. G. Jani korekten ter nevsiljiv, vendar vedno pripravljen na kakršnokoli pomoč. Z veseljem se bomo še vrnili, ter namestitev priporočili prijateljem. Negative: Brez pripomb.

Nagyszerű szállás, gyönyörű környéken. Nagyon cuki kiskutyával a szomszédban. A kilátás pazar, minden reggel más csodáját mutatja a táj. A pihenés, csend és a nyugalom itt garantált. Aki nagyvárosi nyüzsgésre vágyik, az viszont ne ide jöjjön. Mi beleszerettünk, ha tehetnénk, minden hétvégénket itt töltenénk.

Wir haben ein paar wirklich schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön aber auch die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns für den schönen Aufenthalt.

we had a very relaxed time in the villa, waking up to a beautiful valley every morning. everything was what we expected and we had some special requests for our kid that we were also helped with!

Fantastische villa met een adembenemd uitzicht in een oase vol rust Positive: De villa is voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Er zijn twee terassen, één met een zeer ruime eettafel en één met strandstoelen en een fenomenaal uitzicht op de wijngaarden. Het uitzicht was echt ongelofelijk, daarvoor alleen al zouden we terugkomen. Het zwembad is uiteraard een grote meewaarde tijdens de zomermaanden. Er is ook een laadpaal voor elektrische wagens aanwezig!. Negative: Er was een badkamer met een bubbelbad, wat zeer aangenaam was. Maar er is geen douche aanwezig.

Vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out ein tolles Erlebnis, in dieser Unterkunft zu schlafen. Jani war sehr kommunikativ und hat bei allen Fragen rasch geantwortet. Die Villa ist in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung gelegen, und die Aussicht aus der Unterkunft einmalig. 5/5

Traumhafte Lage und Ruhe Positive: Ein tolles Haus mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Die Klimaanlage und der Pool waren zusätzlich super bei über 30 Grad. Wer etwas Ruhe und Frieden sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het was super qua omgeving en uitzicht. In de buurt zijn genoeg leuke dingen te doen.

Prachtig huis op een geweldige locatie Positive: Het was zeer netjes, modern en een prachtige locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf is aanwezig in het huis. Heerlijk terras met een adembenemend uitzicht. Contact met de eigenaar is ook zeer prettig. Wij hadden hem even nodig en hij kwam gelijk langs om ons te helpen. Negative: Misschien een kwestie van smaak, maar wij vonden de matrassen wel erg hard.

Dejligt ophold i et roligt miljø med fantastisk udsigt Positive: Der var stille, og så var udsigten fantastisk. Terrassen var hegnet ind, og der var en låge til at lukke terrassen af, hvilket var rigtig rart når vi havde hund med. Værten var også meget behjælpelig med at løse de få udfordringer der opstod. Negative: Der mangler en bruseniche, så man ikke skal tage bad oppe i spabadet. Vandtrykket enkelte steder i huset kunne godt være bedre.

Als die Batterie in meinem Auto leer war kamm Jani schneller als die Pannenhilfe fie ich Tag zuvor angerufen habe. Er hat mrin Auto gestartet und bei einen lokalen KFZ Mechaniker angerufen und gesagt das wir kommen. Ich bin aber ft in Slowenien in der Fahrt Bosnien-Deutschlnd und werde jetzt immer hier eine Pause machen. Lokacija: Es ist in der Natur auf den Land,

Jani war ein Super Gastgeber, immer Hilfreich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön, alles was man für einen Perfekten Urlaub braucht. Ausstattung war alles vorhanden und äußerst ausreichend vorhanden. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Slowenien kommen, kommen wir sicher hierhin.

The newly build Villa located in a beautiful landscape made it the perfect spot for our trip. But not only the house but also the hospitality of the host, Janis, was extraordinary and we would gladly visit again.

Le logement est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et au calme. La vue est magnifique. Il y a des supermarchés et des endroits à visiter aux alentours.

Jani ist ein toller Host. Es gab zusätzlich zur Beschreibung noch einen Kamin inkl. Holz und einen Elektrogriller. Es gibt einen Weinkühler welcher gut gefüllt war. Die Heizung erfolgt mittels Fußbodenheizung - sehr angenehm. Die E-Ladestation hat einen CCS Stecker und lädt mit 16 Ampere 1-phasig. Jani hat auch eine PV-Anlage mit 5,7kWp. Die Lage war malerisch mit tollem Ausblick. In Summe ein absolut tolles Quartier zum sehr fairen Preis. Wir kommen wieder! Natančnost podatkov: überkomplett ausgestattet

Jani was great in meeting us on arrival. He gave us the key and explained where the spare key was in case we got locked out, which did happen at least once! He was very responsive to our questions and he also gave us a list of recommendations for restaurants and some sites to see in the area. The villa is newly constructed on a hill overlooking the valley. Beautiful views and perfect for relaxing and getting away. The house was stocked with the essentials for staying in and cooking. The closest grocery shops and restaurants were only a 10-15 minute drive away to the north. We did drive to the south towards Krsko on two separate days and the roads are narrow and have a lot of twists and turns and are not lit at night, so the drives were slower and places in that direction are further, but gps navigation was easy to and from the unit. Wifi was great throughout the whole house.

Absolutely beautiful place. Serene, private and wirh the best view. Jani is also a great and frendly host, helpful and responsive. The house itself feals like a modern home, with everything you need. The sauna and jacuzzi is a nice plus.

The house is a true gem! Located in the middle of the hills it offers spectacular views and a lot of privacy. Jani awaited us and showed us around. Everything was extremely clean and we were happy to be able to use the washing machine. We loved the little sauna in one of the bedrooms and the giant tub in the bathroom. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and were truly sad when we had to leave.

Positive: Mirna lokacija, čudoviti razgledi, popolno udobje.

erholsam und ruhig Positive: Der Blick ist fantastisch! Das Ferienhaus hat sehr große Fensterflächen und daher sieht man weit hinaus auf die Hügellandschaft. Es ist dort enorm ruhig. Freistehend, die nächsten Nachbarn (Bauerngegend) sind ca 100 Meter entfernt. Viel Platz. Negative: Die Matratzen waren enorm hard. Wir haben einige Lagen an extra Decken draufgelegt, damit das beim Schlafen auszuhalten war. Die Sonne scheint morgens volle Kanne ins Schlafzimmer an der Ostseite. Da wird man von der Hitze wach. Leider gibt es in den Schlafzimmern keinen Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Außerdem ist alles sehr hellhörig.

Positive: wunderschöner Blick , alles top modern , whirlpool Negative: etwas zu harte Matratzen

Bedrooms need improvment Positive: The view from the terrace is magical. The kitchen was well equipped (despite the lack of a coffee machine during our stay - broken). you quickly feel at home. Negative: the only reason, which prevents me from giving a 10: the bedrooms. they are beautiful, the spaces are large BUT the mattresses lack comfort (too hard, it's not a wooden board but almost) and too much sunlight. The windows are nice and big but nothing exists to hide the rays of the sun... which rose at 4:30 in the morning (spring)
